i found the hotel very close to the station exit. a tram stop was also right in front of the hotel. the concierge provided useful tourist suggestions and train information. other staff were helpful as well.

the location is really close to the train station. the room had a good size. i liked we had a corner room it seemed better than the standard room.
the reception was not particularly cute. the bed was uncomfortable and the bedding was bulky. towels were small shampoo and conditioner quality was poor.

the hotel is right across from the main station. i found it very easy to access transportation. the staff was really helpful with directions. i appreciated the comfortable bedding and varied indirect lighting.
the single bottle of water provided on arrival was not replaced daily (small detail, i know).

my room had a minibar stocked with various drinks (including local beer!). there was also a safe available for storing valuables. it was quite useful. the room service was fast. the food arrived hot and was prepared very well.
the bathroom fixtures seemed a little dated.

The hotel enjoyed a very central location near the train station.
The check-in process lacked warmth, no information was given regarding hotel facilities or local attractions. My room appear old and not like the photos online, also I find that the beds are too firm, giving me an uncomfortable night sleep.
